How did we approach it?
In its initial phase, Iridian developed the mobile app to drive remote sales. This was followed by a digital consulting process that led to the development of a CRM and performance marketing strategies. Once the mobile app was launched, performance marketing strategies were implemented, focusing on acquiring new users and, of course, increasing sales, which had been modest until that point. In less than 6 months, sales saw an impressive tenfold increase. The customized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system played a crucial role by profiling users and executing marketing automation tasks with precision.
Additionally, we provided consulting services and guidance on a digital strategy that sparked interest at the company’s headquarters in Mexico.
Today, this project initiated by Iridian is expanding into various countries across Latin America.
