The challenge was to streamline the review of their Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). This task was done manually, and although it was not inherently complicated, it became highly labor-intensive due to the large volume of legal documents requiring review.
How did we approach it?
We developed software that uses machine learning techniques to automatically extract relevant information from NDAs. Then, through integrations with information risk databases, this information is verified for compliance.
As a result, the time required to review the consulting firm’s legal documents was significantly reduced. This approach saved time and greatly optimized the review process.
